We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join a growing, client-focused firm. This role is designed for individuals committed to building long-term client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial guidance, and developing a scalable book of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and retain a book of business through client relationships and referrals
  • Engage with firm-provided, pre-qualified prospects across events, referrals, and media channels
  • Deliver financial planning and investment guidance aligned with client goals
  • Execute within a structured client process designed to drive consistent outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal resources on case design and planning strategies
  • Maintain compliance and stay current on industry trends

Qualifications

  • Active Series 65 or 66 license
  • Active Life and Health license
  • Clean U4/U5 record
  • 3+ years of financial services experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
